Kathakali is a dance form in which the dancers adorn elaborate costumes. Through this they express dramatically and portray mythological characters to appease their audiences. Artists from various cultural backgrounds, often go into elaborate costumes to portray characters in the space of performance art. But in reality, we all wear costumes to portray characters that society wants to see, don’t we? What would you be if you took your mask off? This print is in celebration of keeping it real! Masks are meant for performance not reality.

Please note, there are severe delays in shipments to Australia and New Zealand Due to COVID19 shipment restrictions and so we do not advice customers to have products delivered to these countries. This is a temporary situation however and will inform customers when these restrictions ease.
